We offer optional academic and high school diploma programs to support parents and help students reach their academic goals. Under the Academic Program, we permanently maintain transcripts and award certificates of completion. Under the High School Diploma Program, we permanently maintain transcripts and award high school diplomas. Eligible students currently enrolled at Aspiring Heights Academy may be transferred into either program at any time.
Program transfer fees are payable at the time of transfer and are non-refundable. Program transfer fees are one-time fees for the current academic year. Transferring your student into a different program does not extend or change your student's current term or grade level. Transfer fees for currently enrolled students are as follows:

If you would like to transfer your student into our Academic Program or High School Diploma Program, please use our online transfer request form to let us know. Include any needed records requests forms and/or transcripts. Specific requirements and program details can be found on our academic and diploma program pages.

To pay the program transfer fee using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card or your PayPal balance, you may use the link provided after you submit your request form or click the Pay Now button below. Once PayPal's payment window loads, you can change the quantity or add additional transfer items to your cart, so you can pay your fees in a single payment. Please note the following:
To transfer more than one student from and to the same program, change the quantity.
To transfer students from or to different programs, click on the blue item link, select another transfer option and quantity, and add it to your cart.
If you click on the Continue shopping link, you will be redirected to the homepage, and will need to return to this page or the Fees and Payment page to make your payment.
If you prefer to mail a check or money order, let us know when you submit your transfer request form, so we know to send you an invoice. Mail a copy of your invoice with your check or money order payable to Aspiring Heights Academy to:
