Office 365 Education
We are pleased to provide Aspiring Heights Academy educators and students with school email accounts and free Microsoft Office 365 Education. With Office 365 Education, educators can organize lesson plans, set up classrooms, create quizzes, collaborate with other educators, and more. Students can collaborate with other students and edit, share, and store their schoolwork.

Educators and students will have free access to cloud-based Office applications and a variety of services and productivity tools.

Calendar - Schedule and share meetings and outings. Class Notebook - Organize lesson plans and course content. Delve - Manage your profile and keep up with content others have shared with you. Excel - Create and edit spreadsheets. Lists - Create lists for assignments, field trips, school expenses, and more. Forms - Create self-grading quizzes with instant feedback. OneDrive - Cloud storage. OneNote - Type, draw, and write notes. Outlook - Business class email. People - Organize contacts, connect with other educators and students, and create and join groups. Planner - Create private and public plans and task lists. PowerPoint - Create professional presentations. SharePoint - A collaboration platform for managing conversations and storing and sharing documents. Stream - A platform for uploading and sharing videos. Sway - Easily create powerful presentations from scratch or with helpful templates. Tasks - Create tasks in Outlook. Teams - Schedule meetings and chat with other educators and students. To-Do - Create sharable, prioritized to-do lists that will help you and those who you collaborate with stay organized and focused. Visio - Create flowcharts, diagrams, timelines, and more. Word - Create and edit documents. - Students

Students under the age of 13 will only be able to send and receive internal email. People - Organize contacts, connect with other educators and students, and create and join groups. Teams (Students Age 13 and Older) - Schedule meetings and chat with other educators and students. Visio - Create charts, diagrams, timelines, and more. Word - Create and edit documents.
Educators are to use their email accounts and Office 365 Education accounts for as long as they have students enrolled at Aspiring Heights Academy. Students are able to use their email accounts and Office 365 Education accounts for as long as they are enrolled at Aspiring Heights Academy. All content is permanently deleted 30 days after an account has been marked for deletion.
School email accounts are for your own use. We will not send email to your school email account.
Your Privacy
In order to provide Office 365 Education to educators and students, certain information will be disclosed to Microsoft. For Educator accounts, Microsoft will be given first and last names, educator identification numbers (the last three digits only), and school affiliation. For Student accounts, Microsoft will be given usernames, first names, student identification numbers (the last three digits only), and school.
This information, as well as email and any content stored in Office 365 Education by you and your student will be stored on Microsoft's servers and are subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement. Additionally, Office 365 Education includes a school-wide user directory. This makes it possible for educators and students to collaborate and share content, but it also means that names, usernames, the last three digits of your school identification numbers, and school email addresses can be viewed by any Aspiring Heights Academy educator or student with an active account.
Opt-In
For your privacy, school email accounts and Office 365 Education accounts are only created on request. If you would like an Office 365 Education account for yourself and/or your student, you must opt-in.
Educators

Students
To request a Student Office 365 Education account, use our online request form (link below) or complete and mail/email our printable student opt-In form.
We will send your new school email address and temporary password to the primary email address you provided on your enrollment form. You will be required to change your password the first time you sign in. You can sign in to your account at https://login.microsoftonline.com/.
The free Office 365 Education applications we're able to offer are cloud-based only. If your student is enrolled at FLVS, you may want to subscribe to Office 365 through FLVS.
