If your student is currently enrolled at Aspiring Heights Academy, you may use this form to request that your student be transferred into our Academic Program or Diploma Program. Include any needed records requests forms and/or transcripts. Specific requirements and program details can be found on our academic and diploma program pages.
The information and documents you submit with this form will be forwarded to us via TLS encryption.
You will be provided with a payment link after form submission. If the name and email address you make your payment under is/will be different from what is provided on this form, please let us know in the Comments section (or send us an email), so we can match your payment to your student.
Please provide the name and email address to where you would like PayPal to send your invoice. Include a printed copy with your check or money order payable to Aspiring Heights Academy. Your student's transfer will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. (You can also pay the invoice using a debit card, credit card, or your PayPal balance.)
