Grade Reports
These Homeschool Curriculum Grade Report forms have been provided to help you document your student's grades and promotion status. They are for your records. Students enrolled in our academic program or diploma program need their coursework documented more thoroughly.
Grade Report - Quarterly Grading
This Homeschool Curriculum Grade Report is designed for parents who prefer quarterly grading. There is a Curriculum Notes section to document curriculum sources and academic levels. The Comments section can be used to document progress, achievements, and grade promotion/retention status. There is a separate column for each quarter grade.
Grade Report - Semester Grading
This Homeschool Curriculum Grade Report is designed for parents who issue semester grades consistant with their students' curriculum. There is a Curriculum Notes section to document curriculum sources and academic levels. The Comments section can be used to document progress, achievements, and grade promotion/retention status. There is a separate column for each semester grade.
