Student Withdrawal

Should you move out of the state of Florida or otherwise wish to withdraw your student from Aspiring Heights Academy, we ask that you please notify us in writing. You may use this online form or notify us via mail or email. We will need your student's name, date of birth, reason for withdrawal, attendance record, and a records release, if you would like us to send our records to your student's new school. Please do not send screen shots or photos taken with a mobile device.

The information and documents you submit with this form will be forwarded to us via TLS encryption.
