Fees and Payment Methods
This page is provided as a one-stop place to make your payments, but please visit the corresponding information pages for fee details. Links are below. We accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders, and cash. Payment is due at the time of enrollment or other service. Fees are nonrefundable.
Enrollment, Expedited Service, and Program Transfer Fees
Enrollment fees are paid annually or when changing grade levels. Expedited service is optional. Program transfer fees are one-time fees and do not extend or change a student's current term or grade level. Please visit the corresponding information pages for details.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders, and cash. We use PayPal to process debit and credit card transactions. We will also use PayPal to send you an invoice if you request one. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment using a debit or credit card. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Aspiring Heights Academy and mailed to the address below. We accept cash, but because cash can be lost, stolen, or destroyed when mailed, we recommend making cash payments in person.
Debit Card, Credit Card, and PayPal Balance Payments
To send us a payment using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card or your PayPal balance, please use the PayPal buttons found below or on the corresponding information pages. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment using a debit or credit card. If you are enrolling more than one student under the same program, please pay the enrollment fees in a single payment. You will be able to change the quantity in PayPal's payment window. Expedited service fees paid using the PayPal button must be paid separately. If you are requesting multiple services and would like to pay your fees in a single payment, just request an invoice on your enrollment form.
