We are happy to provide our enrolled families with educator and student identification cards. There is no charge for this service. Your school ID(s) will be sent as a PDF file to the email address we have on record. If your email address needs updated, please let us know. If your student needs a photo ID for state or college testing purposes, let us know, and we will mail a laminated card if there is sufficient time.

For Educators

Many bookstores, teacher supply stores, office supply stores, craft stores, theaters, theme parks, and museums and aquariums offer discounts to educators, but most of them require some kind of proof that you are a teacher or home educator. If you are the parent or guardian of a student enrolled in our school, we'll provide you with an Educator ID at your request. Your Educator ID will include your photo, name, educator number, and expiration date.

For Students

Students usually don't need school IDs for museum or theme park admissions, but if you'd like your student to have one (for this or any other reason), just let us know. Student IDs include the student's photo, name, grade level, student number, and expiration date. School IDs can be used for EOC, ACT®, CLT®, PERT, and SAT® registration and identity confirmation. If you are requesting an ID for EOC or college readiness assessments, please let us know your student's test date, and we will mail a laminated card to your student at no cost if there is sufficient time. Note that test center staff will verify that the student's legal name on the ID exactly matches the name on the Admission Ticket.

Request an Educator or Student ID

We'll need to know your or your student's name as you would like it to appear on the ID (i.e., First Last, First Middle Last), and we'll need a portrait-style photo of at least 300 pixels in height.
