I understand that the above-student’s username, first name, student number (last three digits only), and school will be disclosed to Microsoft who hosts this service.

I understand that the above-student will be assigned a school email address that will be hosted by Microsoft.

I understand that the above-student’s email and any content the student creates and stores in Office 365 Education will be stored on Microsoft’s servers and are subject to Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

I understand that content the above-student creates and stores in Office 365 Education may be shared with others.

I understand that Office 365 Education includes a schoolwide user directory, and the above-student’s username, name, student number (last three digits only), and email address will be viewable by other Aspiring Heights Academy educators and students with active Office 365 Education accounts.

I understand that the above-student’s Office 365 Education account is for educational use only, and inappropriate use will result in account removal.

Unless otherwise removed, I understand that the above-student’s Office 365 Education account and school email address will remain active for as long as the student is enrolled at Aspiring Heights Academy.

I understand that I may request the removal of the above-student’s account at any time.
