Spring Break

March 11 - March 14

Our office will be open until noon on Wednesday, March 11. We will be closed on Thursday, March 12 through Saturday, March 14.
We will resume normal office hours on Monday, March 16.

Residency Affidavit

This Residency Affidavit is completed as proof of residency for students who are living with their parents or legal guardians, but are residing in the home of another person or family. Additional documentation is required.
