Student Withdrawal
Should you move out of the state of Florida or otherwise wish to withdraw your child from Aspiring Heights Academy, we ask that you please notify us in writing. You may use our online form or send your withdrawal notice via mail or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please include your child's attendance and any other academic records that you would like us to keep in your child's permanent school file.
Please include the following:
- Student's Name
- Date of Birth
- Date of Withdrawal
- Reason for Withdrawal (e.g., moved out of state, enrolled in public school or another private school, established a home education program, etc.)
- Attendance Record
- Records Release (if you want us to send our records to your child's new school and they not give you a release to sign.)
