If you prefer keeping your attendance manually, choose PDF on your enrollment form. This form prints on one page. Simply write the number of hours your student is in school each day in the boxes provided. You will need to manually total the hours and days of attendance monthly and at the end of your student's school term. (Please double-check your calculations!) Use the note section to document activities, field trips, achievements, and/or course materials.
If you prefer keeping your attendance digitally, choose XLSX on your enrollment form. You can use Excel, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, or any XLSX supported spreadsheet program to edit the file. All you'll need to do is type in the number of hours your student is in school each day in the boxes provided. Our self-calculating spreadsheet will total the days and hours of attendance for you. Use the note section to document any activities, field trips, achievements, and/or course materials.
