Aspiring Heights Academy is a registered private school with the Florida Department of Education. If your child is enrolled in our High School Diploma Program and meets our graduation requirements, your child can earn a high school diploma from our school.
The acceptance of diplomas from public or private schools, whether accredited or non-accredited, is subject to the requirements of the receiving educational institution or employer. To find out if an educational institution (e.g., state college, university, cosmetology school, technical school, military academy, etc.) will accept an Aspiring Heights Academy Diploma, you will need to contact the Admissions Department of the educational institution. We recommend you email prospective educational institutions' admissions departments something similar to the following (revise as needed/desired):

What to Expect
Upon high school graduation, your child will be awarded with a personalized 8.5" x 11" diploma in a padded, hinged cover. Diplomas are signed by both the school (administrator) and the parent (instructor). Our diplomas are professionally made and include our school's crest in flat gold foil.
Diplomas cannot be mailed until we have verified that all graduation requirements have been met and your final attendance report has been received. Please keep this in mind when planning for your child's graduation ceremony or celebration. To request your child's diploma, you will need to send us a signed Diploma Request Form.
If your child is applying for a Bright Futures Scholarship, please be aware that Florida students must complete a Florida Financial Aid Application (FFAA) no later than August 31 after high school graduation. Mid-year graduates (students who graduate between September 1 and January 1 of an academic year) must submit a Florida Financial Aid Application by August 31 PRIOR TO the intended graduation date.
Students who have met the credit requirements for graduation but are not able to document their core coursework on official transcripts or have not achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale may receive a Certificate of Completion. Note, however, that a Certificate of Completion does not carry any of the privileges of a high school diploma. Students earning a Certificate of Completion may have difficulty finding employment and getting into college.
Many colleges and universities require applicants who completed a home school program or graduated from a non-accredited high school to submit portfolios and/or transcripts to be considered for admission.
